Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, shipping will be arranged and delivered within 2-5 business days. If by any chance you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us upon receiving your order at val.the.brand.eg@gmail.com.

Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, just contact us on the same day of receiving your order at val.the.brand.eg@gmail.com, and we will give you a full cash refund after deducting the shipping fees of the return. The original shipping fees are non refundable. Items on sale, discounted, or out of stock are non refundable, under no circumstances.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to refund your order. Return fees may differ from delivery fees. The refund process will take place when the item is picked up.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange sizes, contact us on the same day of receiving your order at val.the.brand.eg@gmail.com with the change you would like to make, and we will send the courier on another day. Items out of stock are non exchangeable, under no circumstances. Exchange fees may differ from delivery fees.
